Absolutely a fantastic install. Have solar pool water tubes that they had to take into consideration when doing the install, not a problem! I had a design change at the last minute(shame on me!) and it wasn’t a problem either. How nice is that? Would recommend Sun Away Shades highly. You will not be disappointed.

Top to bottom-great response along with great follow-up to tweak the product install. Sunaway also replaced the fabric after my landscaper accidentally burnt holes through it with his gas blower-yikes!. Sunaway did not charge us to do that. We are covering a large pool/spa equipment area and its been exactly what we needed. It replaced many make-shift solutions I, as the homeowner, tried to come up with myself. My first reaction was the expense but, as time has passed ( 2 + years), I see it's worth.

Tony installed the shade himself and, not surprisingly, did an outstanding job. It (still) looks great (was installed in Dec., 2016). Many of our friends and relatives have noticed and asked about it. It shades (and hides!) the otherwise unattractive pool equipment, most of which is brand new and I wanted to protect from the harmful direct sunlight.

The entire process, from setting up an estimate appointment through installation, was extremely easy and pain free. The shade cover looks great, the price was fair and employees were great to work with. I'd give Sun Away 6 stars

I could not be happier. Originally I was going to have to wait a month for install due to them being so busy, but Tony got his partner out the very next week to protect our brand new pool system. And to make it even better, it cost $160 less than what they originally estimated over the phone. The shade they built exceeded our expectations in every way, and their lifetime warranty is a such nice bonus in a world where companies don’t really stand behind their products anymore. Tony has built a great company with quality product and service, I have recommended him to a ton of neighbors who are also looking for covers.
